Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client: The VPN Client driver has encountered an error

When using Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client on WIndows 8.1 x64 I got the following error: The VPN Client driver has encountered an error.

Open regedit. Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\vpnva

Open DisplayName key and change value data to: Cisco AnyConnect VPN Virtual Miniport Adapter for Windows x64
