Disable Java update notification on Windows 2008 R2

Open regedit.exe and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\JavaSoft\Java Update\Policy\.

Set EnableJavaUpdate to 0.
Set NotifyDownload to 0.
